This suburban tract home, which once featured a drab appearance and poor layout, was transformed into a comfortable, open home perfect for a family. The main vision for this remodel was that it would be a functional, pleasant place for a family to live, with flow and elegant warmth throughout its 2500sqft. The remodel resulted in the sale of the house before being put on the market, despite the challenging economy, at a much higher value than it was originally appraised for, increasing the overall value of the neighborhood. It is important to note that the interior has been staged for resale and that the pictures are not indicative of my work as an interior designer.
